About Us: Youri and Yvonne have each had 20 years plus experience in the hotel and restaurant business all around the world. Our first experience of Courchevel and the 3 valleys was an extended week over the millennium enjoying blue skies perfect conditions and the best piste party imaginable. We were hooked. We returned to Scotland and began planning our escape. Moving to the south of France near Carcassonne initially renovating a village house and running it as a Chambers d’Hôtes during the long hot summer months, it was idyllic but we missed the snow. So, decided to work winter seasons into our life plan. 7 years later and looking for a new challenges to put all of our experience to good use, we are excited to have taken on Chalet Valeriane with support and encouragement from Pam and Heather. Who are off globe trotting, we hope to have them both as regular visitors.
